Group Fitness

We offer a variety of group exercise classes that will challenge you, link you with fellow members, and promote fun while working out. View class descriptions below.

BALLETONE –– This class blends the principles of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. Lengthen, strengthen and energize your entire body.

BODYPUMP –– The original barbell based class by Les Mills that strengthens and tones the entire body. “Great bodies aren’t born, they are transformed.”

CYCLING –– Indoor cycling provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all age & fitness levels. Experience a 45-minute ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. *Held in Cycle Room*

INSTRUCTOR CHOICE –– Rotates based on Instructor’s Choice. Check the Facebook Events to know which class is offered.

KICKBOXING –– Punch & kick your heart into shape! Cycle through several “bouts” of kickboxing moves targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. Be the endurance fighter until the final bell!

PILATES –– Strengthen the core, increase flexibility & range of motion. Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates.

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC –– Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

STEP CARDIO / STEP CONDITIONING –– 2 different types of STEP training. CARDIO is constant movement for cardio effect. CONDITIONING is cardio with added short intervals of lower & upper body toning.

TABATA 30 / STRETCH 30 –– Short intervals of cardio in Tabata followed by Yoga-based stretches.

FREE SPIRIT YOGA –– Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

LIVING YOGA –– Traditional style yoga poses with Sun Salutations, balance work & restorative stretching followed by a short meditation/relaxation.

ZUMBA –– Ditch the workout & join the party! Dance moves to the latest music to make your heart pump & the calories burn!

ALL LEVELS FLOW –– Suitable for beginners to advance, options and modifications are offered to meet you where you are. Focusing on increasing strength and flexibility, breathe work, and quieting the nervous system.
